About Kenda
With a background in Forensic Psychology and a love of statistics, Kenda founded Automation Ninjas as a way of helping small businesses grow through intelligently automating their processes.
A self proclaimed 'nerd' she has spent over 14500 hours learning new ways to understand and automate 'intelligent' marketing. She is the founder of Automation Ninjas who have been nominated as the 'Best Business to Work For" in The National Family Business Awards 2018 this coming July.

What advice do you have for sustaining a successful business in an ever changing world?
Get to know your customers. Know them better than they know themselves. Make it your purpose to help them be the best version of themselves possible. Continually add value, no matter what changes, customers will always want to be enlightened.
What would happen on your perfect day?
I would go out into the garden with a cup of tea and pootle about. I would do a bit of reading and create something (content or art) preferably with a glass of prosecco. Then go out somewhere interesting for dinner or make a nice dinner at home and then relax on the couch with my husband and cats.
What's next for you, any exciting challenges ahead?
Taking over the world. Writing a book. Developing a course. Speaking internationally. Making marketing automation more accessible.
